Hillis-Carnes Welcomes Venkat Talladivedula, PE, as Dover Branch Manager

Hillis-Carnes is pleased to announce that Venkat Talladivedula, PE, has joined our Dover, Delaware, branch office as Branch Manager. Venkat brings more than 31 years of experience in engineering, operations management, project management, and quality assurance, further strengthening our ability to serve clients throughout Delaware and the surrounding region.

Venkat earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Andhra University in India. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Throughout his career, Venkat has provided leadership across a broad range of complex operations, guiding multidisciplinary teams and overseeing project planning, scheduling and forecasting, safety, risk management, quality assurance and control, procurement, and facility oversight. His experience also includes driving operational improvements, building strategic supplier partnerships, and developing processes that strengthen performance, increase efficiency, and control costs.

As Branch Manager, Venkat will oversee operations for the Dover office while supporting project delivery, client relationships, staff development, and strategic growth throughout the region. His extensive management and engineering experience will help strengthen Hillis-Carnes’ presence in Delaware and support our continued commitment to providing the high level of service our clients expect.
