Hillis-Carnes Adds Land Surveying To Our Service Offerings

Hillis-Carnes is pleased to announce the addition of Land Surveying to supplement and support the service offerings currently provided to our clients.  Led by James A. Fleming, PLS, who recently joined the firm’s Annapolis Junction, Maryland corporate headquarters, the Land Surveying group will enhance our Instrumentation and Monitoring capabilities for structures, SOE systems, and site features.  In addition, the Land Surveying group will provide support to Hillis-Carnes’ Geotechnical, Environmental, Geostructural, Materials Testing and Inspections, and Subsurface Construction service lines.  Hillis-Carnes can now offer a full array of as-built, construction stakeout, structure and surface monitoring, layout, location, control, boundary and topographic surveys.  Through the addition of land surveying capabilities, we have enhanced our ability to provide a complete package of services to our clients in-house through every stage of the project lifecycle.
