Brewster Dombkowski

Brewster supports our clients with over 20 years of expertise in construction materials testing and inspections, geotechnical services, and building envelope operations, bringing technical insight and proven operational leadership to HCEA’s Sarasota branch.

Brewster’s experience spans from proposal development, estimating, and project management for a wide range of projects, including transportation infrastructure, commercial and retail developments, multi-family residential communities, and mid-rise mixed-use structures. His familiarity with state and local regulations, permitting procedures, and project closeout further strengthens his ability to guide complex projects smoothly from concept to completion.

Brewster completed Business Administration and Management coursework at Jacksonville University. He is certified as an FDOT QC Manager, Qualified SWM Inspector, Radiation Safety Officer, and in Portable Nuclear Density Gauge Safety.
