David M. Harmanos, PE

Dave serves our Clients with 25 years of expertise in Project Management, Heavy Construction, Geotechnical Engineering, Geotechnical Laboratory Testing and Geosynthetics application design. He specializes in commercial, industrial and institutional foundation design, retaining wall and steep slope design, sinkhole remediation, landfill design, site work, forensic engineering and Construction Quality Control/Assurance (CQA/QC).

Dave is a Drexel University graduate with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in geotechnical and geosynthetics. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate for his research on geosynthetics, with two publications regarding the topic.
