Robert Brown, Jr.

Robbie supports our clients with over 19 years of industry experience in Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services, Geotechnical Engineering, and Management. He
has performed inspections on a wide range of projects, including residential developments, Frederick County public improvements, multi-story commercial buildings, public works, roadways, big box retail stores, etc. Mr. Brown’s technical experience includes micro-pile and caisson inspections; structural backfill for utilities, roadways, building pads, retaining walls and stormwater management facilities; masonry inspections; reinforcing steel inspections; cast-in- place, pre-cast, and post-tensioned concrete testing; and asphalt inspections.

He is currently managing our Frederick, Maryland office and his major areas of responsibilities include the management of the day-to-day operations, management and support of personnel, Business Development, generating proposals, supervising field and office operations, and the management of projects across Maryland. Our Frederick office is supported by an experienced staff of Professional Engineers, as well as numerous ACI and NECEPT certified Engineering Technicians.
