Venkat Talladivedula, PE

Venkat supports our clients with more than 31 years of industry experience in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Inspections, Project Management, and Quality Assurance. He has led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex operations involving project planning, scheduling and forecasting, safety, risk management, quality assurance and control, procurement, and facility oversight.

Venkat is currently managing our Dover, DE office, and his responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, including project delivery, client relationships, staff development, and business growth. His technical experience also includes implementing operational improvements, developing strategic supplier partnerships, optimizing project and production schedules, and establishing processes focused on quality, efficiency, and cost control.

Venkat earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Andhra University in India. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
