Hillis-Carnes was contracted to provide Construction Materials Testing and Inspection services for this 11-story, 118,000 SF, LEED® Silver-certified Class A office concrete-framed building. The One M Street serves as the new headquarters for the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB). It consists of a spacious two-story lobby, glass facade, rooftop terrace, and a three-level parking garage located below grade.

Our scope of services included support of excavation monitoring, as well as testing and inspections of waterproofing, foundations, soil compaction, cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, and masonry.
